By clicking “I Agree, Proceed to E-Signature,” the individual, who is either a principal of the credit applicant and/or a personal guarantor of its obligations, authorizes Fields Commercial Financing, or its designee and any assignee thereof, to obtain and review the individual’s personal credit profile from a national credit reporting agency.
This authorization permits Fields Commercial Financing LLC to obtain and review the individual’s credit profile in connection with this application and, thereafter, for purposes including the update, renewal, extension, or modification of existing credit, consideration of additional credit, and the review or collection of any resulting account or obligation.
A photocopy, electronic copy, or facsimile of this authorization shall be considered valid and enforceable as the original.
The individual further authorizes the release and verification of all banking information relating to both personal and business/corporate accounts, including information provided by telephone, fax, or other electronic means, as may be necessary to evaluate and process the credit application.
